I have knowledge about trauma and understand how trauma shapes the way we perceive our reality. I work with a focus on the nervous system to support you to heal and learn how to regulate yours so you can feel more safety and openness in your body.

I understand how trauma and the nervous system affect how we relate to our own sexuality and the way we live our life.

I understand how our mind, body and soul is deeply connected. I do not work with shallow symptom treatment. My approach is to support you to dive into the roots of your patterns and beliefs so you get a deeper understand of what shapes you and what your body needs to transform that.

Our sexuality is a natural part of being human and for most people the relation to our sexuality directly affects how we feel about ourselves. I am not here to judge you - I am here to meet you with an open heart and curiosity so you feel safe to open to what lives in you.

I am not here to tell you what to do; I believe your body already knows. I offer a guided space for you to connect with your bodily wisdom so you can tap into your own truth and empowerment. I use a combination of methods (inner child healing, masculine/feminine, polarity work, shadow work, anger release, self pleasure practices, tantric practices, energy work) depending on what is needed for you.

As a Tantric Sexologist I have a basic understanding of tantra, neuroscience, de-armouring, myofascial release and sexology which can be a part of our work together.

The essence of tantra is to practice the art of being present. That can be embodied through slowing down and using tools to tune into your body when you have tapped out.

An important part of working with me is for you to understand that you can use your sexual energy to heal trauma and create the life you dream of. Our sexual energy is the most potent life force energy that can help us to create and transform.
